Our 2021 Client Success Summit has come and gone, and we are happy to announce that it was a success! Thank you to all who attended, participated, and made the event worthwhile. It was a great day full of information, presentations, live questions and answers, and much more.
We started off our day with a Keynote presentation from Easy Storage Solutions co-founders, Ken Hendrickson and Jimmy Sorenson. They kicked off the day on a good note, discussing Easy Storage’s origins, and where we’re headed in 2021 and beyond. We had a few technical issues during the start of this event, but are thankful to all who stuck around while we got back on track.
There were several marketing presentations including a successful marketing campaign for 2021 and a deeper dive into taking the next step with your marketing plan. We discussed call answering, how it can help your facility, and the ins and outs of the service. During this event, we discussed our software and common support questions and had a live section for you to ask your questions. We also talked about tax laws for this industry, and self-storage planning strategies! Following that presentation, we discussed tenant protection plans and how they work. To end the day, we had our final note with CMO Ken Turley and CCO Christian Thurgood.
While we are thankful that over 500 people were able to attend our live event, we know that life is busy and not everyone was able to join us. Because of that, we have recorded all sessions from the Client Success Summit, and have them published for your viewing!
